Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
At RetroHub we collect the minimum amount of data needed for the service to work. You don't need to create an account to play or to create games.
Device identifier
To associate the AI games you create with your browser, we generate a random identifier stored locally on your device (localStorage). It is not a personal identifier and we don't cross-reference it with data that could identify you.
Created game data
When you create or publish an AI game, we store your prompt text and the resulting game in our database (Supabase) so we can show it to you and, if you publish it, display it in the community gallery.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and never pass through our servers.
Third-party content
Emulators load resources from third parties (for example, the EmulatorJS engine and ROMs hosted on Archive.org). Those third parties have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can delete the games you've created from your profile at any time. For any request related to your data, write to us through the contact page.
