Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
By accessing and using RetroHub you accept these Terms of Use. If you don't agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. Service description
RetroHub is a portal offering emulators that run in your browser, minigames generated with artificial intelligence, and the sale of emulation software packages (bundles). The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
2. Emulation and intellectual property
Emulating systems is legal in many jurisdictions, but games (ROMs) are protected by copyright. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to play any title, for example because you own an original copy. RetroHub acts as a frontend that loads content hosted by third parties (such as Archive.org) and claims no ownership of any trademark, game or ROM. If you are a rights holder and believe content should not be available, contact us to remove it.
3. AI-generated content
Games created with our AI tool are generated from the prompts you enter. You are responsible for the content you describe and for not requesting illegal, offensive or rights-infringing material. We may remove any published game that breaches these rules.
4. Purchases
Bundle payments are processed securely through Stripe. RetroHub does not store your card details. The applicable refund conditions are shown at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activities, attempt to breach its security, or abuse system resources in an automated way.
6. Limitation of liability
RetroHub will not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
